Dr. Roberta Berard

Dr. Berard is an Associate Professor and Head of the Division of Rheumatology at the Children’s Hospital, London Health Sciences. She completed medical school at the University of Toronto followed by paediatric residency (Western), fellowship (McGill) and a Master’s in Science in Clinical Epidemiology and Health Care Research (U of T). Her work on models of care describes new ways to improve the accessibility of health care for patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis. Her main areas of clinical and research interests are in juvenile idiopathic arthritis and uveitis.
